You have the right, under Article 3e of L. 2251/1994, as applicable, to withdraw from the sales contract without stating the reasons within an exclusive time limit of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. The exercise of this right shall be made in writing by the Customer to ADACOM, sending an email to qc@adacom.com. Subsequently, and following communication, ADACOM is obliged to repay the money corresponding to the value of the sales contract to you and you are obliged to stop using any product or service provided according to the sales contract. After that period, the right of withdrawal expires and ADACOM has no further obligation for the above cause.
